- સૌ પ્રથમ સત્તાવાર પોર્ટલ પર જઈ One-Time Registration (OTR) કરો — મોબાઈલ નંબર અને ઈમેલ ID OTP દ્વારા વેરિફાય કરવા જરૂરી છે.
- રજિસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર અને પાસવર્ડ મોબાઈલ પર SMS દ્વારા મળશે, જે સાચવી રાખો.
- રજિસ્ટ્રેશન નંબરથી લોગિન કરી ઓનલાઈન અરજી ફોર્મ ભરો — વ્યક્તિગત વિગતો, શૈક્ષણિક વિગતો ભરો.
- ધોરણ 10ના માર્કશીટ મુજબ ચોક્કસ વિગતો (નામ, જન્મ તારીખ, પિતાનું નામ) ભરો.
- પસંદગીની ડિવિઝન અને પોસ્ટ પ્રેફરન્સ પસંદ કરો.
- નિયત ફોર્મેટમાં તાજેતરનો ફોટો અને સહી અપલોડ કરો.
- ફોર્મ પ્રિવ્યૂ ચેક કરી, જરૂર જણાય તો ફી ભરી, ફાઈનલ સબમિટ કરો.
Indian Post GDS Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
- આ ભરતીમાં કોઈ લેખિત પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવતી નથી. ધોરણ 10ના માર્કશીટના ટકાવારી આધારે સિસ્ટમ-જનરેટેડ મેરિટ લિસ્ટ તૈયાર થાય છે. જો માર્કશીટમાં ગ્રેડ/પોઈન્ટ હોય તો તેને નિયત ફોર્મ્યુલા મુજબ માર્ક્સમાં કન્વર્ટ કરવામાં આવે છે. મેરિટ લિસ્ટમાં પસંદ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોને ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરિફિકેશન માટે બોલાવવામાં આવશે, ત્યારબાદ પ્રોવિઝનલ એંગેજમેન્ટ ઓફર આપવામાં આવશે.
