• OTR (One Time Registration) હોય તો Apply With OTR, નહીં તો Skip કરી ભરો.
• Photo (15kb) અને Signature (15kb) JPG Format માં Upload કરો.
• General Category: Online SBI e-Pay થી ₹100/- + Service Charge ભરો.
• વિધવા ઉમેદવારો: Online Application માં સંબંધિત Column માં "હા" અવશ્ય દર્શાવો.
