Public Health Worker(PHW)	106	ધોરણ - ૧૨ પાસ તથા સરકાર માન્ય સેનેટરી ઇન્સપેક્ટરનો કોર્સ પાસ. અથવા સરકાર માન્ય મલ્ટી પરપઝ હેલ્થ વર્કરનો કોર્સ પાસ. વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકાના આરોગ્ય વિભાગમાં અગાઉ ક્ષેત્રિય ફરજ બજાવેલ ઉમેદવારો માટે ધોરણ - ૧૦ પાસ તથા સરકાર માન્ય સેનેટરી ઇન્સ્પેકટરનો કોર્સ પાસ અથવા સરકાર માન્ય મલ્ટી પરપઝ હેલ્થ વર્કરનો કોર્સ પાસ. કોમ્પ્યુટર બેઝીક કોર્સ પાસ. આરોગ્યલક્ષી કામગીરીના અનુભવ ધરાવતાં ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય. વડોદરા શહેરના ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવશે.
Field Worker (Male)	448	ઓછામાં ઓછું ધોરણઃ ૮ પાસ. સાયકલ ચલાવતાં આવડવું જોઇએ. આરોગ્યલક્ષી કામગીરીના અનુભવ ધરાવતાં ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય. વડોદરા શહેરના ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવશે.
