Educational Qualification

• (૧) ઇન્ડીયન નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલ / ગુજરાત નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલ દ્વારા માન્ય સંસ્થાઓ માંથી મેળવેલ બેઝીક બી.એસ.સી.(નસીંગ) (Regular) ડીગ્રી ધરાવતાં અથવા ઇન્ડીયન નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલ / ગુજરાત નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલ દ્વારા માન્ય સંસ્થાઓ માંથી મેળવેલ જનરલ નર્સીંગ એન્ડ મીડવીફરી (GNM) ડીપ્લોમાં ધરાવતાં આમ આવા
• (૨) ઓકઝીલરી નર્સ એન્ડ મીડવાઇફ (ANM) અને ફીમેલ હેલ્થ વર્કર (F.H.W) જેઓ રાજય સરકાર અથવા પંચાયત સેવામાં છેલ્લા ૧૦ વર્ષથી નિયમિત નિમણુકથી ફરજો બજાવતા હોય અને જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબની બી.એસ.સી. (નર્સીંગ) અથવા જી.એન.એમ.ની શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોય તેઓ પણ આ જગ્યા માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે અને તેઓને સરકારશ્રીના પ્રર્વતમાન નિયમોનુસાર વયમર્યાદામાં છૂટછાટ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. પરંતુ કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં ઉંમર ૪૫ વર્ષ કરતા વધવી જોઇએ નહી. જે તે કચેરીનું “ના વાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર” રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• (૩) અરજી કરતી વખતે ગુજરાત નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલમાં રજીસ્ટર્ડ નર્સ અને રજીસ્ટર્ડ મીડવાઇફનુ કાયમી અને સમયાંતરે રીન્યુઅલ કરાવેલ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન હોવુ ફરજીયાત છે. અરજી પત્રકમાં રજીસ્ટર્ડ નર્સ તેમજ રજીસ્ટર્ડ મીડવાઇફ અથવા સમકક્ષ લાયકાતનો રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર અવશ્ય દર્શાવવાનો રહેશે. અન્ય કોઇ પણ આધારો ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહી.
• (૪) ગુજરાતી / હિન્દી બંને ભાષાનું પુરતું જ્ઞાન ધરાવતા હોવા જોઇએ.

• General” કેટેગરી Select કરનાર ઉમેદવારો માટે અરજી ફી. રૂ. ૩૦૦/- + પોસ્ટ ઓફીસ ચાર્જ (ઓનલાઇન ફી ભરવાના કિસ્સામાં રૂ. ૩૦૦ + ચાર્જ) ભરવાનો રહેશે તેમજ ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટ કરવા માટેનો પણ વિકલ્પ ઉપબ્ધ હોઇ ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટ પણ કરી શકાશે. અનુસુચિત જાતિ, અનુસુચિત જન.જાતિ, સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ, આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગ, દિવ્યાંગ અને માજી સૈનિક ઉમેદવારો માટે સરકારશ્રીના પ્રવર્તમાન નિયમોનુસાર ફી/ચાર્જ ભરવાનો રહેશે નહી.
